Beyond Mexican Mural: Beginning Muralism and Community Laboratory

(Same as Art M186AL and Chicana/o and Central American Studies M186AL.) Course M125AL is requisite to M125BL, which is requisite to M125CL. Mural and Digital Laboratory is art studio housed at Social and Public Art Resource Center in Venice, CA, where students work in community-based setting. Open to students during scheduled hours with laboratory tech support, it offers instruction as students independently and in collaborative teams research, design, and produce large-scale painted and digitally generated murals to be placed in community setting.
