Leading People and Effective Communication

Use of student field training experience to examine leadership and management in depth. Special emphasis on enhancing communication skills and why effective communication is essential to successful leadership. Students are given the opportunity to apply leadership and management techniques in a supervised environment as juniors and seniors while continuing development in advanced leadership skills, ethics, and professional military relationships in preparation for becoming officers and supervisors.
