Exploration of interface of arts- and health-based methodologies in pursuit of improved health outcomes, using examples from international projects created and supported by UCLA Art and Global Health Center. Readings include texts by artists and arts scholars and articles from public health and medical literature. Seminar members propose their own arts-based health promotion interventions. Concurrently scheduled with course C259.
