Examination of field of environmental law through analysis of various legal issues and public policy: legal consequences of public decision-making strategies and allocation of primary responsibility for various environmental decisions. Focus on air pollution and Clean Air Act as means of illustrating policy issues underlying field. Concurrently scheduled with Law 290. In Progress grading (credit to be given only on completion of course 264B).
