Introduction to law as urban system, directed primarily toward those interested in intersection of law and policy: broad array of urban issues examined, as is law’s role as partial cause and cure of urban problems. Examination of law as changing process rather than collection of principles, so that students develop facility to interact with law and lawyers in positive and forceful manner.
