Corporate Mock Trial

Introduction to basic principles of business law, such as how law applies to various business entities, duties and liabilities of corporate officers and directors, and shareholder derivative suits. American legal system and how litigation progresses from filing of complaints through trial. Students participate in mock trial at end of course.
