(Same as Psychology M144.) Selected theories for quantification of psychological, educational, social, and behavioral science data. Classical test, factor analysis, generalizability, item response, optimal scaling, ordinal measurement, computer-adaptive, and related theories. Construction of tests and measures and their reliability, validity, and bias.
