Comprehension of conversations and stretches of connected discourse; reading of texts with minimum use of dictionary; writing with increased grammatical accuracy and control of sentence structure, coherence, and text organization; talking about past, present, and future events; and expression of preferences, feelings, beliefs, and opinions.
