Foundations of Social Work Practice II

Weighing and carrying out evidence-supported practices based on differential assessment of people and their situations, with particular focus on following intervention approaches: case management, motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, cognitive, task-centered, and solution-focused therapies, as well as interventions appropriate for family functioning, small group processes, and environmental modification (advocacy and community organization). Continued evaluation of outcomes.
