Materials include theoretical texts by Rene Girard, Walter Burkert, Jonathan Z. Smith, and David Rapoport and case studies dealing with religion and violence in India, Northern Ireland, Egypt, Lebanon, Israel, Palestine, Sri Lanka, and the U.S. Letter grading.
