Introduction to the construction industry and fundamental concepts of construction management. Overview of essential elements associated with the construction profession. Study is deep dive into construction through the lens of the developer. Students gain knowledge of the workings of a building contractor, project delivery methods, construction building types, project budgeting, construction scheduling, construction contracts, and relationships with development teams.
