Students are immersed in real real estate investment decision-making. Weekly case study sourced from private equity, development, sovereign wealth fund, and institutional limited partner experience. Students learn to underwrite complex transactions, structure joint ventures, negotiate debt and equity terms, analyze distressed situations, evaluate development risk, and produce professional communication materials used by institutional investors.
