Introduction to real estate market analysis, with focus on how real estate markets function and the tools and techniques used to assess market signals. Topics include measuring and understanding contemporary markets for space and other property assets including residential, office, retail, and industrial markets. Presents modern examples and tools needed to understand how these real estate markets interact with urban economics, finance, and social stratification. Study assumes no previous knowledge of urban economics, finance, and social stratification theory.
