Experiential Learning in Public Health

Limited to Public Health majors and minors. Enrollment by consent of instructor. Individualized learning agreement required. Examination of issues related to working in field of public health through an internship in an appropriate corporate, governmental, research, educational, or nonprofit setting. Students complete weekly written assignments, attend biweekly meetings with graduate student coordinator, and write final research paper. May be repeated twice with consent of program.
