Study of Biological processes involved in etiology, presentation, and course of psychiatric disorders, and biological targets or mechanisms of treatment. Emphasis on clinical neuroscience and behavioral genetics as scientific modalities to understand mood disorders, substance use disorders, psychosis, and others.
