Designed for juniors/seniors. Critical examination of current and potential use of neuroimaging data in legal system as means to assess memories, truthfulness, culpability, and probability of future criminal behavior. Consideration of personal and societal consequences of use of cognitively enhancing drugs, memory dampening techniques, brain stimulation, and neural prostheses. Students debate range of current topics.
