Communication and Ethics for Doctor of Nursing Practice

Introductory study providing Doctor of Nursing Practice students with foundational knowledge of quality improvement principles and systems-based approaches to health-care delivery across all stages of life. Students explore ethical frameworks for analyzing organizational processes that impact patients from birth to end-of-life care, learn to interpret age-specific outcome metrics, and develop strategies for participating in improvement initiatives that address the unique needs of diverse populations throughout the lifespan.
