Do it yourself (DIY) as practical alternative mode of organization for social justice activism and nonprofit arts collectives. Ethical issues in capitalism, labor issues, politics. How to work with gender, class, race, and orientation. Students interface with existing radical social justice/art organizations in Los Angeles area, and strive to facilitate real change.
