Introduction to basic techniques in financial budgeting, forecasting, analysis and modeling. Examination of how these frameworks are practically applied to analyze, manage, and enhance the performance and value of companies. Through application-oriented study, students gain hands-on experience building an operating model, developing financial budgets and forecasts, performing sensitivity analyses, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs).
