Applying the Science of Happiness to Life Design
Management · 4 units · Graduate courses (200-299)
Business school teaches students how to optimize all aspects of a business from financial returns, to operations, employee output, customer relationships, etc. Rather than the business, study focuses on optimizing the current and future lives of the individuals who will enter, build, and lead those businesses. Focus on growing one’s capacity as a future business leader, which starts with developing the individual as a whole and happy person. Insights are pulled from decades of research in positive psychology. Offers students a set of ideas and tools that can be applied to improve their day-to-day living, and design of their careers and lives overall.
