Examination of the international business legal environment, including an overview of international laws and organizations, global regulation of business, and comparative differences of laws in different regions of the world. Focus on general principles of public and private international law. Highlights international organizations affecting business (e.g. United Nations, General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, World Trade Organization, and the International Court of Justice). Highlights issues related to international litigation and enforcement of judgments. Concentrates on international sales and contracts. Focus on international regulation of intellectual property. Examination of global labor and employment laws.
