Limited to Real Estate minors. Introduction to the economic, business, building design, and policy insights and tools pertinent to challenges and opportunities of sustainability and adaptability in the real estate industry in the wake of climate change. Examination of the economic mechanisms, technological advances, business models, building design, and investment and financing strategies available to market players to promote sustainability in the real estate sector.
