Limited to Real Estate minors. Review of critical legal and tax issues in real estate, basic laws, regulations, and issues of planning and policy. Covers basic legal concepts in title and ownership, contracts and land acquisition, financing, entitlements, commercial and residential leasing, landowner liability, litigation, and real estate agency. Students conduct research and analysis of court cases and real-world problems.
