Limited to Real Estate minors. Students gain foundational understanding of the development of affordable and workforce housing. Review of the site selection and acquisition process; and exploration of the complexities associated with land use, entitlements, and the political landscape. Evaluation of the various financing tools available to affordable housing developers.
