Students gain comprehensive understanding of the multidisciplinary real estate development process conceptually and in practice; and the knowledge required to make critical strategic, market, financing, design, and operations decisions necessary for a project to succeed. Covers all facets of the real estate development process as well as associated topics of real estate economics and finance that have application to land use decision-making and development.
