Limited to Real Estate minors. Exploration of the linkages between real estate, the macroeconomy, and capital markets. Focus on antecedents and implications of severe cycles and high levels of volatility that have pervaded housing and non-residential markets. Additional exploration of instruments, structures, and institutions of the real estate capital markets. Includes analysis and discussion of integration over time in real estate capital markets across world.
