Fundamentals of developing effective business plans, both in presentation and written form. Basic principles of designing and articulating plans for sales, marketing, product or service, operations, financials, management, and staffing functions of new startup businesses. How to develop well-written investment-quality business plans and business plan presentations, understand various analytical processes required to produce such plans, improve student writing and oral presentation skills, and formally present their business plans to audience of angel and venture capital investors.
