Course 104AL is requisite to 104BL. Limited to Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology and Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics majors. Discovery-based research using sea urchins as model system. Students determine expression of unstudied sea urchin genes using combination of molecular biology and computation techniques. May not be repeated for credit.
