(Same as Urban Planning CM137.) Introduction to regional economy, with emphasis on Los Angeles. Key economic sectors, labor market composition, and review of conflicting portrayals depicting dynamics of region. Two all-day bus tours of key economic regions and guest lectures by regional experts included.
