Not open to students who have learned, from whatever source, enough Korean to qualify for more advanced courses. Designed for Korean-heritage learners who have very limited knowledge in Korean language or have had no formal instruction in it and to students with no Korean-heritage background who want more Korean speaking/listening exposure than available in course 1. Emphasis on spelling, basic grammar, reading, writing, and daily conversation.
