Elementary Persian: Intensive

Not open to students who have learned, from whatever source, enough Persian to qualify for more advanced courses. Intensive course equivalent to courses 1A, 1B, and 1C. Introduction to fundamentals of Persian, including pronunciation, grammar, and Persian script, with emphasis on all four basic language skills—speaking, listening comprehension, reading, and writing. Offered in summer only.
