Global Health Institutions, Policies, and Systems

Introduction to global health, from health policy and management perspective. Examination of institutions, from global to local, through lenses including governance, financing, history, and agenda-setting. Discussion of major topics in global health systems, such as human resources and health IT. Through series of short assignments, students’ work culminates in final presentation that examines these many dimensions of single topic in global health.
