Overview of health services issues associated with organization, financing, and delivery of healthcare services to vulnerable populations within domestic and international contexts to gain understanding of social, political, economic, and cultural issues that lead to disparities in access, quality, and cost of healthcare services that lead to vulnerability for particular population groups. Introduction to strategies that have been adopted to address these health disparities. Analysis and development of policy and management options that serve needs of vulnerable populations within healthcare system.
