Exploration of myriad policies that impact sexual and reproductive health and well-being from a comprehensive and inclusive public health perspective. Topics include regulation, legislation, taxation, and judicial rulings, including Title IX, Title X, Dobbs versus Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the California Healthy Youth Act, and other relevant issues. Discussion of federal, state, and local policies, as well as fiscal impact.
