Over last five decades, world has increasingly become globalized, presenting many new opportunities for businesses and entrepreneurs. However, recent world events have demonstrated volatile nature of globalization and pitfalls that can also manifest for firms doing business in global setting. Students gain understanding of dynamic environment of international business, and how firm managers navigate complex world of international business to capitalize upon opportunities and mitigate against risks.
