Limited to Global Jazz Studies majors. Knowledge of jazz repertoire, concepts, and techniques gained through private lessons on specific instruments and voice. Students meet weekly with instructor to demonstrate their performance skills and receive assessment of their progress in learning material. May be repeated for maximum of 12 units.
