(Same as Community Health Sciences M251.) Review of all aspects of contemporary nutrition sciences that require application of epidemiologic principles and methods, ranging from food-borne outbreak investigation to evidence-based regulatory assessment of health claims for foods. Experience in actual world of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to nutrition and health or disease outcomes.
