Applied Epidemiologic Analysis

Combines lectures, discussions, and laboratory assignments to offer conceptual understanding of analytic methods in epidemiology. Students develop basic proficiency in methods by conducting statistical analysis using epidemiologic data, with expectation that students pursue courses 200A and 200B in second year and develop expertise in methods they will use for their own research.
