Epidemiologic Methods in Occupational and Environmental Health

Introduction to epidemiologic methods applied to evaluation of human health consequences of occupational and environmental hazards, including study design, exposure assessment, and statistical techniques commonly encountered in research focused on assessing adverse health effects resulting from occupational and environmental exposures. Topics include clusters, meta-analysis, risk assessment, and policy development. Illustrated by case studies, with focus on techniques to critically evaluate and interpret current literature.
