Limited to juniors/seniors. Supervised individual research or investigation under guidance of faculty mentor. Progress report must be submitted to faculty mentor at end of term. Culminating paper or project required. May be repeated for credit, but only 4 units may be taken each term. Individual contract required.
P/NP or letter grading.
