Entrepreneurship and Finance for Environmental Scientists

Focus on key entrepreneurial and financial concepts, with emphasis on applications that are vital for implementing environmental solutions in private, public, and nonprofit settings. Topics include basic elements of finance, project evaluation, financial planning, and marketing. Development of entrepreneurial skills to recognize opportunity and transfer ideas into viable projects that are better for environment and that benefit people and communities. Case studies used to equip students with tools necessary to successfully execute environmental goals and objectives.
