Critical Race Theory in Education

Study and application by practitioner-scholars of critical race theory (CRT) as a framework for critiquing, challenging, and interrogating the ways systemic racism is normalized within U.S. educational institutions. Students engage key CRT tenets to examine racism and intersecting systems of domination embedded across educational contexts. Through this work, study supports practitioner-scholars in envisioning and advancing more transformative and equitable educational systems.
