Limited to Master of Quantitative Economics students. Covers fundamentals of project management and applications to variety of business settings. Examination of key project management terms and applications; project management tools and processes; how to analyze needs and expectations of key stakeholders; project documentation and reporting. Special attention paid to translating technical findings into business terminology along with developing and delivering insightful business presentations for leadership.
