Concepts and implementations of signal processing in communication and signal processing systems. Spectral analysis using Fourier transform and windowing, parametric modeling, eigen-decomposition methods, time-frequency analysis, wavelet transform, and sub-band processing. Array processing using beamforming for SNIR enhancement, smart antenna, and source separation and localization. Introduction to compressive sampling and applications.
