Exploration of race and disability, with emphasis on lived realities of people of color with disabilities. Use of scholarly texts from disability studies, sociology, gender studies, or critical race studies to investigate and critique mechanisms and systems that shape race, ableism, and dominant/nondominant power dynamics.
