(Same as Health Policy M290.) Designed for graduate students. Introduction to use of early childhood interventions as means of preventing adverse health and developmental outcomes. Concepts of developmental vulnerability, approaches to assessment, models of service delivery, evaluation and cost-benefit issues, funding, and other policy issues.
