Examination of climate change as an existential threat to human and planetary health, with particular attention to population mental health consequences and their implications for adaptation and mitigation efforts. Draws on recent American Public Health Association policy statements to consider integrative interventions that build individual and community psychological resilience and sustain engagement in climate action.
