Graduate Colloquium in Classical Literature

Survey of basic methods of and approaches to classical scholarship, including textual criticism, literary interpretation and theory, hermeneutics, interdisciplinary studies, and computer applications to classics. Emphasis varies from year to year, depending on instructor(s). May be repeated for credit with topic change.
