Design course for civil engineering students, with focus on design and performance of complete building structural systems. International Building Code (IBC) and ASCE 7 dead, live, wind, and earthquake loads. Design of reinforced concrete and structural steel buildings. Computer modeling, analysis, and performance assessment of buildings.
