Systems Biology: Concepts and Themes

Introduction to the core themes, modeling paradigms, and recurring questions that define the systems biology field through critical reading and discussion of landmark and recent primary literature. Weekly focus on a different major systems biology concept centered on four primary literature research papers and accompanying review materials to provide broader perspective. Discussions emphasize conceptual understanding, critique of methodology, and synthesis of ideas across studies.
